The team worked on our property for 11 weeks, replacing two roofs, repointing and rebuilding damaged exterior brickwork, cleared cavities and decorated exterior surfaces. We are delighted with the outcome of the works.  The team worked very hard through some truly awful weather in January without complaint and were great at problem-solving and cracking on.  The exterior of our building had unfortunately been neglected for a number of years and was looking very sad.  The result is a substantial improvement and a lot of work delivered in a short amount of time.  They have literally breathed new life into a classic Edwardian era building. Ryan was great at mobilising the teams and coordinating the works and was also hands on with the big jobs.  We can highly recommend him as trustworthy, reliable and honest. Ryan has excellent communication skills.  He was attentive when I explained the problem I had with a leak in the conservatory.  He came over at the end of his day, thoroughly examined the area and correctly diagnosed the entry point with the aid of the hosepipe. Although getting late, he sealed the area immediately. I can highly recommend him and would not hesitate to invite him back for any other property maintenance work in the future.
